*A Note About Pricing:

Transparency is important to us. That is why we offer upfront flat rate pricing for our services.

Listed prices are minimums. Actual pricing will be determined based on your needs. Here's what you can expect:

Minimum pricing is based on volume:

→ Transaction level (≤ 75)

→ Bank/credit card accounts (≤ 3 accounts)

Some things that can increase the price:

→ Higher volumes of transactions and/or bank credit card accounts

→ Use of payment processor (i.e Stripe, Square, etc.)

→ Multi-currency

→ Use of Classes/Locations

When and how will my price be determined?

The first step is to book a discovery call with us so we can chat about your needs. After our call, we will ask for access to your current accounting system to determine the scope of work. Based on this, we will send you a proposal outlining scope and pricing of services.

Do I have to use QuickBooks Online (QBO) and HubDoc?

We have chosen to support our clients exclusively using QBO as our accounting system of choice, and HubDoc for receipt management.

If you would like to work together and you are not on QBO, we can help you make the switch!

What is included in the year-end tax package?

Our clients love their year-end tax package! We put everything together that you will need to file your business taxes, including financial statements and supporting documents, and you (or we) can hand that over to your accountant.

We also include communication with your tax preparer in all of our packages. So, if your accountant has any questions (and they have your permission), they can ask us directly.

What's included in "Basic CRA support?"

→ Assistance finding and compiling supporting documents for review or audit request

→ Checking CRA online to ensure payments have been applied appropriately

→ Assistance speaking to CRA on the client’s behalf

What's a financial meeting?

Either quarterly or monthly, we will meet over Zoom to take a deep dive into your financials over the previous period. We will look at your key financial statements and talk about some important KPIs for your business. It is also a chance for us to ask and answer questions on the fly!

Clients especially love this at the end of the year when we look at the year as a whole and compare it to the prior year!

Do you file taxes?

We can help file your sales tax, but we do not file income tax. We prepare a tax package that you can share with your accountant to help simplify the process for you!

That said, if you’re looking for a tax accountant, we’d be happy to recommend one.
